The Hull Council of Disabled People offer advice, information and support for disabled people and their carers. We also offer support and advice on benefits and disability. We also offer a gardening service, a decorating service, wheelchair hire, radar keys, I.T training and work experience placements. Our cafe offers fresh, home-made lunches with something different on the menu every day and is open to all members of the public along with our shop where we sell a mix of new and used items. Monday’s drop-in service 9.30am-11.30am and 1pm-3pm but if you prefer to make an appointment please call using the contact information below.

BrowseAloud makes this website accessible to those who require online reading support. This includes those with learning difficulties such as dyslexia, mild visual impairments and those with English as a second language.
It works by reading web pages aloud in a human-sounding voice. The user simply hovers their mouse pointer over the text to hear it read aloud.
