Are carers assessments still being completed and if so how are these being managed?

Can I use my direct payments /short breaks funds more creatively for equipment and resources to help support the child at home?

Can I use my direct payments to pay a family member who lives in the family home to care for my child instead of using a carer, through the DP regulations by changing the care plan?
